Back by Popular Demand the Challenge is designed as the perfect program that guarantees your best body yet! Not only do we design the training specifically to target those trouble areas, we focus on fat blasting workouts to melt away that extra Christmas Cheers, then we tone and tighten the tummy, arms and legs to make sure you feel great this Summer on the beach.
We don't believe in crazy, restrictive diets, we want you to enjoy the foods you love all while building your strong lean and sexy body.
If you are ready to get the results your have always wanted, if you learn how to eat without the constant yo yo-ing and restrictive diets , the best way to train to tone up and drop fat, all in an environment that supports you every step towards your goal, then the 16 week Bikini Body Challenge is for you.
4 Sessions a Week with a Personal Trainer
Periodised and Structured training, featuring the exclusive Personal Best Method.
A combination of Strength Training so you can increase your muscle tone and maximise the fat burning effect to lose CMs around the trouble areas. Plus just the right amount of condition to work up a sweat and get the endorphins racing.
Session times 6am, 645am, 9am, 530pm, 615pm, 7pm Mon-Thurs and Saturday.
