I’m into sport, particularly netball and running. I enjoy being adventurous whether that be out hiking, fishing, going to a rifle range, riding motorbikes and parasailing. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and hope to be able to do more travelling around Europe soon and create some life-long experiences.
My skills are in the areas of clinical rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease, strength/conditioning, mobility training and injury, positive motivation and weight loss.
Results I’ve gained with clients include: Improved running capacity, decreased back pain, weight loss, increased strength via squat, deadlift, leg press, pull up’s.
My favourite exercises include: Squats, deadlift, pull up’s, interval training, glute bridging and circuit training. My personal philosophy is to make exercise an enjoyable experience, to help combat chronic disease, reduce injuries, decrease pain and loss of mobility and help improve people’s quality of life.
My personal philosophy is: The body achieves what the mind believes.
