Im into creating an adventure out of everything. Showing people the rewards an active life can bring them. I spend my holiday’s game fishing, camping and snow boarding. I don’t like sitting in the park on a sunny day reading the paper?

My favourite exercises include:
Dead lifts, weighted chin ups, bench press and throwing multiple leg kicks and punches into a boxing bag.

Everyone was put on earth for a reason. My reason is to educate and allow everybody to experience the endless benefits of regular exercise. Everything needs to be an adventure!
