Personal Training

One-on-one personal training sessions with your personal trainer will keep you highly focused on achieving your health and fitness objectives. At Personal Best, our Brisbane personal trainers are committed to your success, and do everything they can to assist you in reaching your optimal health. This includes developing an individual personal training and nutrition program tailored to your needs, and providing ongoing support and encouragement. With our help, you’ll have the tools, information, and support you need to truly succeed.

Small Group Training

If you don’t want the close monitoring of one-on-one personal training, or you like to work with like-minded people, then our small group fitness training sessions are the perfect option for you.

Personal Best’s Brisbane group fitness training sessions offer many of the same benefits as personal training, but without the individual supervision. All our group classes have fewer than 10 people per class to ensure a high quality of supervision and support. Each class format changes from week to week to add variety and ensure you continue to get the results you deserve.

Pilates

Pilates is a wonderful form of exercise created and developed for everybody from young to old, injury prone to injury free, inexperienced to experienced, pre or post-natal. Pilates promotes the healthy well-being of the body and mind through lengthening and strengthening muscles, correcting and promoting good posture, improving flexibility and rehabilitating injury prone areas. Yoga

Achieve your mind, body and spirit - Practice Yoga with Personal Best

Hatha Yoga attempts to balance mind and body via physical postures or "asanas", purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Asanas teach poise, balance and strength and are practiced to improve the body's physical health and clear the mind in preparation for meditation. We do yoga not because we are flexible but to improve our flexibility; both in mind and body.
