I have attended both personal training and boot camps run by Personal Best for the previous 12 months. Throughout this period I have noticed an improvement in both my fitness and strength. I have trained with a number of the trainers at Personal Best and all work hard to develop routines that are challenging and fun….no two workouts are ever the same! Personal Best trainers not only work to improve your fitness, they provide advice and guidance regarding diet and home exercise programs.
